Pamela Vallero, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego’s 2024 Trial lawyer of the Year, is the principal and lead trial attorney at Vallero Law. Pamela is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Membership is extended by invitation only to lawyers who have demonstrated extensive trial experience, civility, and professionalism.
Pamela stands as a powerful champion for those who have suffered sexual abuse, harassment, discrimination, and workplace retaliation. Her unwavering commitment to confronting these injustices has earned her widespread recognition in the legal community.

In 2022, Pam was honored as the sole recipient of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego’s Rising Star Award and was also named an Outstanding Trial Lawyer.
Since 2022, she has been consistently selected as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star,” an honor awarded to the top 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40.
In 2023, Pam was recognized as one of San Diego’s Women of Influence in the Law and continued her commitment to fighting for the underdog.
A Personal Journey of Justice and Advocacy
Prior to becoming an attorney, Pamela grew up in Medellin, Colombia. She arrived in the United States in her teens where she lived with her parents and two sisters. She faced first-hand the many socio-economic discrepancies, social injustice, and discrimination that people of color often experience. As a result, Pamela vowed to fight against such inequalities.
Pam is a firm believer that every victim has a story that deserves to be told and heard. Pam believes that through her work as an advocate for workers, she is able to continue combating the inequalities faced by her community.
